FlexoPrep

Terms of sale

In force from 2 November 2026.

The seller

Licences for the FlexoPrep (for Adobe Illustrator) and FlexoSplit (for Adobe Photoshop) plug-ins are sold by Polar Software, Inc. as the merchant of record. Polar is the party to the purchase: it takes the payment, confirms the purchase and settles the taxes, and Polar's terms also apply at checkout. The rights in the programs belong to their author: Mykola Hordiienko, Inżynierska 36/30, 05-850 Ożarów Mazowiecki, Poland.

What you buy

A licence for the bought version of a program or of chosen FlexoPrep modules: with no end date, for one computer, on the terms of the licence agreement. The programs are tools for professional prepress and print work. The licence key is shown right after payment and stays in Polar's customer portal; the link to it comes by email with the invoice.

Prices

Prices are in euro, net of VAT. The VAT of the buyer's country is added at checkout; an EU business with a valid VAT number pays none (reverse charge). Prices may change; a change does not affect purchases already paid for.

Trial

Each program runs for 15 days with every feature, with no payment and no account. Before you buy, use it to check that the program works on your computer, with your version of the Adobe program and with your files.

Activation and a new computer

You enter the key in the plug-in's panel. The program confirms the licence over the internet on activation and then every day; without the internet it keeps working for at most 15 days. On a new computer you free the old one in Polar's customer portal and enter the key on the new one; on the computer you freed, the program stops at the next check. A key can move to another computer 3 times in 12 months; if you need more, please write to us.

Refunds

Each program can be tried free for 15 days, so once the key has been delivered the money is not refunded unless the law requires it. A consumer loses the right of withdrawal once the key is delivered if, at checkout, they agreed to receive the key straight away and acknowledged that they lose the right of withdrawal by doing so. If the payment is refunded or reversed, including by a bank or card issuer, the licence ends.

Help and complaints

The author receives questions and complaints through the contact form and helps as far as possible, with no guaranteed response time or scope of help. A consumer's complaint is answered within the time the law sets.

Law

Polish law applies. A consumer keeps the protection the law of their country of residence gives them.
