Licence agreement
In force from 2 November 2026.
This agreement is between the author of the FlexoPrep and FlexoSplit plug-ins (Mykola Hordiienko, Inżynierska 36/30, 05-850 Ożarów Mazowiecki, Poland) and you. By installing or using a plug-in you accept it.
Licence
The author grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence with no end date to use the bought version of the program or of the FlexoPrep modules you bought on one computer. You buy the right to use the program, not the program itself: the copyright is the author's.
Trial
The trial may be used for 15 days on one computer to evaluate the program. It must not be extended or restarted, for example by reinstalling, by a virtual machine or by changing the computer's details.
Updates
The licence covers the bought version and fixes to it. New versions with new features may be paid. The author does not have to release updates and does not guarantee that the program will work with versions of Adobe programs and operating systems released after the purchase.
What is not allowed
- Sharing, selling, renting or lending the key or the licence to others.
- Using the licence on more computers than bought.
- Decompiling, disassembling or modifying the program, or reconstructing its code.
- Circumventing, disabling or forging the licence and trial protection.
- Distributing the program or any part of it.
These bans do not cover what the law expressly allows.
Connection to the licence server
The program checks the licence on the author's server: when a trial starts, when a key is activated and then from time to time (a trial every 3 days, a licence every day). It sends the program's name and the computer's mark, and on activation the key. It does not send the files you work on. Details in the privacy policy.
Liability
The program is provided as is. It prepares files for print, but whoever hands a file over to print is responsible for it: check it before print as you always do. The author is not liable for print results or costs, used materials and plates, downtime, lost profits, lost data or any other indirect damage. The author's total liability is limited to the price paid for the licence. Towards businesses, statutory warranty is excluded. These limits do not apply where the law forbids them, for example for harm caused intentionally.
Consumers
If you buy as a consumer, the limits in this agreement apply only as far as the law allows. The agreement does not take away rights that the law does not allow to be taken away.
End of the licence
If you breach this agreement, the author may block the key and end the licence without a refund. The licence also ends when its payment is refunded or reversed (terms of sale). Once the licence ends, stop using the program and remove it.
Trademarks
Adobe, Illustrator and Photoshop are trademarks of Adobe Inc. The plug-ins are not an Adobe product.
Law
Polish law applies. Disputes with businesses are settled by the court for the author's place of residence or registered office. A consumer keeps the protection the law of their country of residence gives them.
